- Monitor Agencies VBC model for LCBU, Scope Of Work (SOW) follow up, SOW alignment with Franchise Units and BU teams, and Pitch process.- Monitor Budget spend for VBC projects- Coordinate agency evaluation and P4P (Pay For Performance) processes. - Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) support for VBC projects, Local MSA and PS.- Support IMC team with the execution of the projects as need it.- Project alignment with Marketing Productivity department to ensure agencies costs efficiencies.- Follow up on P2P completion (PO´s, invoices and escalations).- Ad-hoc Agencies Analysis.- Ensure the accuracy of the annual spending report for IMC budget.- Work with stakeholders to ensure they have the resources we need to complete the projects.
