Successfully delivered Insurance Sales within Central Division by implementing coaching and development clinics with both teams & individuals. Assess sales & technical capabilities of key insurance sales roles & deliver training and coaching solutions to close competency gaps. Developed performance tracking tools and methodologies to monitor success.
