Current- Lead cross-functional sourcing teams by coordinating all business activities needed to make purchasing decisions, which generate the highest quality, reliability and value through the development of strong business.
- Analyze business processes and determine savings opportunities by influencing supply and demand.
- Lead initiatives for process improvements
- Maintain metrics for process improvements, supplier control and reporting to management, and apply benchmarking to achieve the best possible processes.
- Perform portfolio analyses, supplier market analyses, risk analyses etc with the aim of suggesting management the best possible purchasing strategies that harmonize with the company's business strategies.
- Develop, anchor and implement purchasing strategies for assigned purchasing categories with the aim of achieve short- and long-term savings goals.
