Project Manager at ABB mainly focusing on light rail vehicle traction motor projects for rolling stock OEM's in Asia. Completed two traction motor projects for two tramway platforms. The trams are in operation in Turkey and China.

Executive trainee within ABB means working at three different positions in order to gain a good view of ABB's different divisions and local business units. The position is alternated with regular visits at ABB's different divisions as well as important key customers. My three positions were conducted at:ABB Metallurgy (3 months):Development of quotation documentation and product system description for a new product launch; ABB electromagnetic chill stirrer FC Mold G3. The work resulted in a complete set of quotation documents including system description and quotations for two key customers.ABB FACTS (3 months):Main task was to make a cost analysis of the complete product portfolio as a basis for SVC and SC cost cut project. Substantial work was also conducted in a delivery project of a 50MUSD SVC-U project in Texas, USA. ABB Traction Motors (8 months):Working as acting Supplier Account Manager working mainly with strategic sourcing of traction motor parts including end shields, stator frames, bearings, shafts, bearing cover item etc. Sourcing volume of 100MSEK annually. The work resulted in a double digit percentage cost reduction and a partly new supply base.
