• Responsible for the execution of inline pipeline inspections in terms of scope, planning, quality and finance. These pipeline are as well on shore as offshore and the typical sequence in these projects is cleaning program followed by a geometric- and corrosion inspection performed by an Intelligent inspection tool. The inspection can be performed by several technologies based on the expected defects in the pipeline. • The project contains of client meeting, site visit, Kick off meeting, tool design and preparation, arranging site manpower, execution of the inspection, evaluation of the data, delivery of the report, budget monitoring and financial arrangements with the client. • Coordination and delegate the tasks to the Leads in the project team. • Occasionally manage special projects in terms of specific inspection programs or Tool designs.

• Supervision of Installation and Commissioning of Compressor units and Generator sets at client construction site. These units are E-motor or Gas turbine driven and are installed Onshore and Offshore. • Responsible for adequate implementation of project related activities after shipment and provide conditions for effective construction at site till PAC and the Warranty period (Planning, manpower, spare parts, tools, technical issues, site tests, quality assurance, Storage, logistics, I&C Documentation, HSE and purchase orders to third parties).• Contact for the customer and site management with respect to execution and progress of the project.• Arrangement of Installation & Commissioning site kick-off meeting with the customer at construction site.• Composing site team with the Service departments in Hengelo, England and Sweden, as well monitoring the timely site requirements in terms of medicals and HSE. • Participate or lead in improvement projects.

This relates to facilities, planning, tooling, training, logistics, grab stocks etc.• Participating in the various functional teams in England and Sweden to realize the project requirements within the agreed schedule and reporting progress to steering committee.• Managing production and logistics optimization project. Visit suppliers from a logistical point of view to align to the need of Siemens.• Develop a new logistics concept for effective assembly and reduce Installation & Commissioning period at the customer.• Participation in improvement teams to reduce production cycle time and costs.

• Coordinating Compressor unit projects in the P & T department to ensure on-time delivery within the quality and cost requirements.These units contain compressors, gearboxes, and drivers like E-motor or Gasturbines and include all the necessary piping and electronic measuring- and control equipment for the oil and gas industry. • Participate in the project team and accept project schedules, report progress and lessons learned sessions.• Monitor the milestones of the several P&T departments and decide on the prioritization to ensure progress in the workshop and on time delivery of the units.• Invite and accompany customer inspectors according the Qualityplan.
