• A cyber incident early January 2023 heavily impacted our IT infrastructure and systems. The selection and introduction of a new single ERP was moved forward in time to secure business continuity long term.
• Lead the migration to a minimum viable ERP (D365) and MRP system (powerapps) for those sites where ERPs were not recoverable
• Lead the restart procedures for sites where ERPs were recoverable ensuring a smooth transition and controlled process.

• A cyber incident early January 2023 heavily impacted our IT infrastructure and systems. I was asked to support the business elsewhere during the time IT needed to rebuild our data and analytics systems.
• Interim manager of our manufacturing site in Durham USA after they had lost their complete ERP system.
• Stabilize the production levels and minimize lead-times and backorders to ensure the site continued to operate normally.
• Lead a taskforce of internal and external people in order to create a manual, interim, MRP system which will be the blueprint for other affected manufacturing sites.

• Lead the data transformation for Morgans largest business unit which was running on 13 separate ERP systems with the intent of moving to a single ERP.
• Introduced and started the execution of a Data and Analytics roadmap in order to consolidate all the different ERP datasources into 1 data platform.
• Launched the first globally consolidated dashboards to service business users with value adding analytics.
• Ensured that key reporting requirements were met to add significant value to monthly data-driven reviews both in commercial and operations.
