• Doing routine work management of the Wash and Screening plant, Up Current Classifiers, Pumps and Dams and Waste Conveying’s systems of the plant so that it can deliver 6000 tons/hour.
• Managing 10 artisans and maintenance operators.
• Take full responsibility for safety, production and development of personnel
• Assist in the development and implementation of safe work procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies that will deliver the optimum equipment availability within budget
