In 2005, I was approached by Acando and offered a job a local manager with the purpose to build a new Acando office in Västerås. It was a very exciting journey with Acando that lasted for 13 years. During that time, we went from 1 to 60 employees in Västerås and another 20 in Borlänge - hence the role as regional manager for MID. We built teams in SAP, in Analytics, in Business Consulting and in Digital. In 2004, ABB decided to outsource ABB Business Systems to 3rd party and Capgemini was selected for this purpose. I continued my work from ABB but soon got involved in the SAP-management team at Capgemini.
