This was a dynamic role involving quick launch campaigns as well as developing planned annual strategies with clients. Nearly three evolving years at MTG confirmed my absolute passion for sales and all that comes with it, particularly understanding people’s needs and finding winning solutions.

I was employed as a B2B consult for the big telecommunication operators in Sweden. I worked with both new and existing customers from in the SME segment of 1-10 employees. In June 2014 I got promoted to handle our sales floor and was given the title Junior Team Manager.My responsibilities are managing the sales staff, motivating them and helping the sales people in their calls. I am also responsible for making sure we are on track to keep our budget towards this month’s goal.
