These experiences paved the way for my transition into the field of applied linguistics, where I now focus on research in English for Specific/Academic Purposes, Corpus Linguistics, and Speech/Written Production, exploring areas like complexity, fluency, intelligibility, comprehensibility, and assessment.My ambition is to create a comprehensive linguistic map, prioritizing English due to its global prevalence in professional and international communication (with the advent of AI, the mapping has progressed considerably). This map will detail subject-specific language use, including grammar, vocabulary, and industry jargon. My goal is to integrate this linguistic framework with other disciplines such as computer science, encompassing fields like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Artificial Intelligence (AI), marketing, pedagogy, and curriculum development.
