I have been working as a senior project manager with managing different kind of projects within the "ERP World" for the last 6 to seven years . The challenge lies in getting applicators and developers to collaborate and get the project to achieve the goals set up with the customers. Another important part is to successfully managing integrations. The number of Consultants in each Project varies from four up to fifteen.Furthermore I have great experience of selling in to large accounts and SMB in the business-to-business segment. Sales has been made in public- and private held companies. My experience comes from both direct sales and also through Channel partners as responsible for partners in Northern Europe. In my saleswork "Solution Selling" has become an important tool. Further I have great experience in negotiations.In my previous role as sales manager, I have successful experience of managing small- and medium size sales team.
