Responsibilities as President of AFnet included identifying and developing a strategic network of Church Planters and Church Planting Movements across sub-Saharan Africa. This network eventually stretched across much of the continent and into 36 countries. Out of GCOWE 97 in South Africa a cry went forth across Africa that it was time for our continent to mobilise around the cause of Global Evangelisation. "Never Again!" became our battle cry, as African leaders realised that there yet were hundreds of Unreached People Groups unidentified across our continent. And so the Movement for Africa National Initiatives (MANI) was born out of the the delegation of over 600 strategically placed African Christian Leaders whom we brought together in Jerusalem in April 2001. I served as Co-coordinator on the Continental Team of MANI, and as the southern Africa coordinator specifically until 2005.

United States And South Africa

Responsibilities included co-cordinating the Global Saturation Church Planting Track. Served as co-coordinator and strategist to identify, invite and bring together around a thousand of the world's most strategic Church Planters from over 200 countries, respectively, to GCOWE 95 in Korea, and to GCOWE 97 in South Africa. Founded and launched the South African Church Planting Alliance in 1995 (Currently still serving as active Board Member). Founding, and active Board Member of TOPIC (SA), with chapters across southern Africa (1997 - 2014).

United States

Responsibilities included designing and developing a Major Funding Base for the Ministry, primarily across the USA. This included identifying and cultivating relationships with Major Donors, Christian Funding Organisations and Foundations, while at the same time working with all Ministry staff, and helping them expand a broad small donor base across all personal and ministry relational networks. Specific Ministry responsibility also included oversight responsibility for the greater Asia and South Pacific regions, while also being seconded to the AD2000 & Beyond Movement to serve as the Global Coordinator for the Saturation Church Planting Track for GCOWE 95.
