As Thought leader Digital Government, I help government organisations achieve their strategic objectives in terms of their digital transformation. In recent years, I have helped several large government implementing organisations to successfully take steps to digitise their services.As Vice President Consulting Expert I'm responsible for developing IP Solutions in the field of digital Goverment. Since 2014, I have built a portfolio for digital goverment with an average annual turnover of 3.5 million euros.As pratice leader of the DigitalBPM practice of CGI Netherlands, I lead the practice that focuses on the areas of Business Analysis and Low Code Development (Mendix, Pega, Blueriq, Out Systems, Microsoft Power Apps). The practice consists of approximately 200 enthusiastic colleagues. Together with the core team, we make an important contribution to professional development and business development. As Solution Manager I work on complex tenders, business development and pre-sales processes in the field of system integration, outsourcing, BPO and consultancy. I'm overall in charge of solution design and strategy by understanding the interests of the parties involved, the business drivers, the customer’s needs and requirements and political interests. Over the past 15 years, I have contributed to winning assignments with a total order value of over 450 million Euros.
