CurrentLeading the work on principles for how to achieve a more flexible IT setup including team responsibility, purpose, data ownership, technology standards. Goal is to make sure value can be delivered better, safer, sooner, happier. Heavily influenced by business agility thinking with emphasis on defining product oriented teams organized in value streams with common overal goals. Not following any specific method but focuses on what generally are characteristics of high performing teams autonomy, mastery and purpose.Drawing on past experience focus has initially been on team boundaries, team purpose, information exchange, and any kind of automation of tasks.The outcome so far is that there are less friction when executing parallel change initiatives. There are fewer dependencies to manage, reuse is higher and flexibility has increased in most mature areas.In this role I'm working with platforms team, domain architects as well as functional leaders to define needed capabilities.
