Build up and manage the VRT team in Volvo´s new vehicle plant in Daqing, where the new Volvo S90 is produced. VRT (Variability Reduction Team) is a function within the Quality department in the plant with the responsibility to take care of all quality issues that appears within 3MIS and cannot be solved by the first line analyze (4M). VRT leaders are working according the DMAIC-logic and using 6 sigma methodology to define, analyze and solve problems. Focus for VRT is to implement quick ERA and ICA to protect the customer and then follow up that PCA will be implemented in the plant.

To lead the engineering team creating technical solutions within the area Boosting- (Turbo/Supercharger/E-charger/Power Puls) and EGR-systems. Follow up status in Design reviews during the project phase and initiate corrective actions if necessary. Ensure that quality issues both in project face and running production are prioritized by concerned stakeholders within the team and supported by all necessary both internal and external functions.
