Responsible for managing, developing & implementing strategies of field force effectiveness to drive sales growth in alignment with AfME Strategies to accomplish business objectives (Sales Force Activity (SFA) Deployment, Incentive compensation (IC) and Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) )• Accountable to ensure effective processes are implemented to allow the core Field Operations business to run smoothly and efficiently. • Assist in the developing and supplying key data sets and information that allow the field facing organization to measure and monitor performance and to adapt to external changes• Serve as the central point of contact for the field and Provide an ongoing communication platform and support for the field force

Responsible for the marketing repsonsiblities of the Critical Care portfolio in Southern Africa region. (SA & Namibia). The product portfolio includes Sedation and Anti-fungal therapies.

Sales and marketing repsonsibilites for the Hospital Pain portfolio for South Africa - a team of 8 reps nationally. Development and execution of strategies, operating plans and field force coaching. Budget control & forecasting of budget amongst the responsibilites

Sales management of various portfolios: Hospital portfolio [Pain and Rheumatology biologics] (Sep 2014 - Dec 2015) Global innovative pharma (GIP) division in Pfizer. I had a team of 12 reps and 4 nurse patient supporting staff.Pain prescription & anti-inlammatories, Rheumatology, Anti-infectives, urology & respiratory (smoking cessation) (Aug 2010 - Aug 2014)

Management Pfizer Key Business Accounts at selected wholesalers, Independent and Corporate Pharmacy Groups to supply brand support and access to medicines. Support to field force colleagues on Supply- and Managed Care issues. Assisting HCP's with motivations at medical aids for medication prescribed. Education of Prescribed Minimum benefits to HCP's and product & disease training to customers.

Promotion of Companion & Large Animal brands to Vets. Direct ordering and education of Vets. Consultion together with company Vets on various farming aspects eg. Milk yields, brucelosis etc.

Sales of Cardiovascular and Diabetic prescription medication to GP's, Physicians and Cardiologists. Sales of an energy tonic (Vita-thion) and Throat spray (Locabiotal) to pharmacies.
