The overall responsibility are to build and maintain a partnership with our clients and to deliver an operational performance that match all the expectations. Part of the role includes to negotiate contract, develop the current business, form strategic long term plans together with the client and to develop the local leadership in order to reach operational excellence.I am highly skilled at quality assurance and reporting management, as part of my COPC Registered Coordinator training. I have also successfully managed to certify assignments for several years towards both CSP and OSP COPC Standards.
