Manage all aspects of a cut foliage export company employing around 100 staff. Including the negotiation of harvesting contracts, direction of production teams working over a 150km section of the Garden Route, direction of the pack-house, local and international marketing, budgeting and costing, procurement, dealings with the labour union, supervision of the office staff dealing with human resources, accounting and adminstrative reporting.

I started TSU Cargo as a perishable export company and as such have been responsible for negotiating premises, finance and airline service agreements. TSU Cargo currently deals in air, ocean and road freight, providing customs processing and transport brokering for the import and export of both perishable and dry goods. I established the systems and procedures we utilise and continue to direct the business.
