Developing ways to retrieve data and make it more accessible, creating new ways of visualizing different kinds of KPIs, minimizing manual reporting by creating automatic reports/dashboards, improving and developing KPIs, various forecasting models and analysis, list management improvements with the main goal of pointing the team to the right direction and optimizing the way of working within channels.

I'm consulting for a company called "Dagab" that is a storage company for all the different grocery stores in Sweden. We receive the product from the original production company to store and later on ship out to different costumers. I'm available for any kind of assignments from warehouse worker to store assistant.
