Business Finance consist of 3 teams. Together we aim to be a proactive business partner to the organization. By contributing with business support, guidance, insights and new perspectives to our stakeholders we strive to enable smarter decision making and by that creating value to the business. In the role as Director of Business Finance I’m leading the team and are overall responsible for the Business Controlling at Axis, the Financial Planning processes and development of our finance BI & planning tools Anaplan and Qlik Sense. I’m dedicated to developing the controller role from a traditional controller to a true business partner. I’m convinced that the best way for a controller to create value to the organization is by working close to the business and collaborate with various departments within the company to enable strategic decision making and drive business success. Hence, the role is also about role transformation and change management. Other responsibility areas are developing Axis performance management framework to grow tomorrow’s business and optimize existing, process improvements, project management, reporting to group management team, Board of Directors and Canon Inc (owner), drive digitalization agenda, M&A activities. Today I have 3 direct reports, 17 people in total. I’m a member of finance management team and report to CFO.

In this role I managed a team working with group accounting and financial planning. We supported the business implementing strategy and achieving goals by providing timely and accurate consolidated reports and analysis to management and by creating modelling capability for forecast and business planning.Responsible for Axis Group's consolidation & monthly closing process, Axis Group’s financial planning process, interim and annual reports (delisted from Nasdaq Large Cap 2018), financial reporting to management, board of directors and Canon Inc (owner), Internal control (between 2013-2016), reporting guidelines (IFRS, US GAAP, SOX) and our reporting systems Aaro and Anaplan.Member of finance management team and report to CFO.

A role within Group Finance covering both financial control and business control. Responsible for maintaining and developing the consolidation and forecasting process for Axis Group, preparing interim and annual reports according to IFRS and development of the internal control process to ensure good internal control in our subsidiaries. Tasks also included controlling of the Group's revenues and expenses and creating reporting packages to management. Temporary position as Business Controller for the functions Corporate Marketing and Human Resources, supporting them in finance related matters. Temporary position as Regional Controller for Northern Europe responsible for the finance function for our subsidiaries in UK and the Nordics.

Controller role at group level within Group Finance. Tasks included consolidation and financial reporting, monthly internal reporting and analysis. The position also included business controlling for the functions Product Management, Operations and Corporate Marketing.

Controller within the EMEA region. Responsible for the control and administration of Axis’ distributors Point of Sales reports and rebate requests. Worked actively and successfully in lowering the number of days outstanding for accounts receivable with the aim not to exceed 45 days.

Responsible for incoming customer orders and to give Axis customers and Axis global sales organization order related information.
