• Forms key part of the implementation, testing and stabilisation team that deploys version 9 of the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) – multi-asset class, multi-currency software solution providing.
• Responsible for the sourcing, verification and processing of all financial contracts relating to money market instruments, swaps and derivatives as traded by Momentum Asset Management.
• Uploads all processed contracts and derivatives onto a contract administration system and subsequently maintains the instruments in the event of terminations, partial terminations or bookovers taking place.
• For valuation purposes, collects and collates term sheets for upload onto CAS, enabling data scrubbing. Addresses any instrument queries post trade booking. For listed instruments, uploads a copy of the listing notice.
• Provides static data for funds that are disinvested and transitioned to new managers. When clients disinvest and choose to take assets, provides the transition manager with the required static data information.
• Communicates with the custodian in respect of queries against unlisted instruments.
