From there stems my mission to expose all estate agents in South Africa to the most incredible model for estate agents: Keller Williams Realty.Growing up as a ‘boer seun’ with no fear it would seem, I excelled in horse riding and won in various disciplines (from dressage to endurance races). To me it was the challenge of mastering the finer skills needed, not just the pleasure of riding. Through that I learned the critical value of mind-set.Keller Williams Realty also subscribes to this notion: mind-set is what gets the ordinary to extra-ordinary. The similarities between my own thinking and that of this continuously record-breaking company still amaze me.I have been married for 38 years.I’m dad to 3 awesome daughters.My golf handicap is 13.My racing car number was 13.My numbers on my endurance horses were 13.I don’t really know why the number 3 features everywhere!I believe life is about balance and what you sow, you will reap.
