Inspector with the air navigation services section, working with oversight, permit applications and rulemaking tasks. My main focus was regulation (EU) 2017/373 and (EU) 2015/340 but I also work Ed with other regulatory fields such as the SERA, (EU) 923/2012. I was responsible for coordinating the group working with competency and training for ATCO and AFIS, this involved oversight of both initial and unit training and competency for controllers working with military air traffic. At the time the group consisted of four inspectors with backgrounds from ATC, AFIS and JRCC operations (as their competency is regulated by the Swedish Transport Agency under national law in Sweden).I was also coordinating the group working with remote ATS, this involved oversight of change of both current RTC-units as well as new airports being converted to remote ATS. This group consisted of four inspectors with both ATC and technical backgrounds. I participated in rulemaking tasks on national, European (EASA), and global (ICAO) levels. I participated both in ongoing audits as well as oversights of changes, both as a team leader and team member.
