As Partner- & Customer Success Manager for Mendix in South Africa, I was responsible for enabling and managing Mendix partners and customers in South Africa. I also continued to expand partner coverage by industry within South Africa to ensure Mendix growth in the region.

As Director of Solutions for Mendix in South Africa I was responsible for any and all of the Mendix solutions that were developed on behalf of our clients in South Africa, from the pre-sales phase through to delivery and support of these solutions.Key areas of interest:*Sales - Supporting the sales process with technical demonstrations of the Mendix App Platform and in a lot of cases, the development of a proof of concept application. Also providing the expert services commercial component for every sales cycle.*Solution delivery - Designing of the solution architecture and guiding teams of developers through developing the required functionality. To help in achieving this I managed a team of highly motivated and talented Mendix Business engineers.*Solution support - First line of support for all of the solutions developed by Mendix South Africa.*Training - Training of new Mendix partner/client resources.
