I was working with a re-organization within the control & protection department at HVDC. The purpose was to define areas of responsibility and to implement working methods adapted to increased sales volumes.

I was in charge of an engineering department within the control- and protection organization. Our responsibility was Human Machine Interface, communication, system supervision and cyber security. I managed and allocated the work in our delivery projects and operational development within the department. The group consisted of ten co-workers, eight consultants and nine co-workers at our resource center in India. I recruited 4 employees and hired consultants with specialist competence to manage the commitments.

I was in charge of the delivery of control- and protection equipment in the refurbishment of a HVDC transmission system in Congo Kinshasa. I led a group of ten hardware- software- and test engineers in the work with systemization and testing. I managed technical matters with our customers and coordinated an extensive training program for the customers.

After the Executive Trainee program, I worked with design, implementation, testing, installation and commissioning of a High Voltage Direct Current transmission system outside Ottawa in Canada.

During the Executive Trainee Program in Ludvika, three internships with different assignments at different organizational units were accomplished; high voltage testing at Power Transformers, marketing and sales at High Voltage Components, control- and protection systems at HVDC.
