About Johan Hagström

I am a person with great experience in development and enhancement, whether it's people, processes or machines. Therefore, LEAN's philosophy and methodology is very appealing to me. I also have a Six Sigma Black Belt training which I think it is a good complement to LEAN. In my various roles, whether it's as supply chain manager, production manager, or technical manager, I have successfully worked both strategically and operationally to develop operations performance in various fields. As a person and a leader I have a holistic view and clarity, combined with a fact-based approach. I am good at breaking down the overarching strategies into clear goals for the organization.
