Johan has the role as CEO of PGA of Sweden. Before his position he has worked as the Director of Education and Vice CEO for the PGA of Sweden since 2007. Strategic development of education structure and content for Professionals and coaches with in Sweden as well as Europe and the rest of the world, through his work in CPG education committee and the PGA World Alliance. Financial profit responsibility for education and part responsibility for market strategy, sponsor and partners as well as communication and marketing.Johan has experience from over 32 years of golf coaching and communication. He was the Head Professional at Särö GC where retail, coaching, even management where part of the every day work. Before leaving Särö GC, Johan designed the re-building of a nine hole par 3 course. Today considered to be one of the best par 3 courses in Sweden For three years He was managed a Golf Academy with 6 assistants before moving to the position with the PGA. PGA annually holds one of the worlds most respected Golf Teaching and Coaching Summits where Johan has been is responsible and putting the event together. As director of education Johan got to work with many of the greatest coaches in the game. He is a member of the CPG Golf Development Group and also works as a Golf Development consultant for the R&A, where analyzing each countries currant state, propose a strategic plan on how to grow the game as well as direct educating the national Professionals to an higher standard. Resent mission to Israel, Chile, Argentina,Panama and the last seven years, to Costa Rica. Johan is a member of the Editorial Board of the Annual Review of Golf Coaching He was a board member of Selstor, a Stockholm based self storage company with stores in Stockholm, Västerås and Örebro. Johan holds a DIHM degree in Finance and business development from the IHM Business School. He is also a member of The Royal Bacholors´ Club in Göteborg.
