I have spent most part of my 28 years professional career as a manager and leader within the forest products industry and have a wide experience in management and development of markets, products, processes, co-workers and organisations. My responsibilities have been within marketing and sales, efficiency improvements of processes, products and organisations, recruitments and developments of co-workers, organisations and management teams. I have also been leading investment projects as well as closed down larger unprofitable operations.Since March 1st 2010 I am the Director of Sales and Marketing at Holmen Timber AB a part of the Holmen Group.My management responsibilities includes budgets, strategies, operational target setting and core values. My management style creates confidence, commitment and creativity.
