Responsible for Intrum group's digital automation. Leading a team of 25 people where we are working with RPA, text analytics, machine learning, chatbots and more for Intrum globally. We are working with the whole line from idea to launch of new products and services.

Responsible for Intrum's global RPA and AI program. We are currently improving our business by implementing robotic process automation and AI/cognitive intelligence to have a more efficient and customer oriented service.To support Intrum's digital agenda I am building a international team to work in a shared service center to support digital automation across 24 countries.

Responsibility for Lindorff Sweden transition projects, the intention was to relocate parts of our operation to an internal near-shore service center.

Responsible for managing various multinational and country-specific improvement, development and alignment projects and initiatives. Participating in M&A processes, working with the operational aspects of all stages of the process, primarily in the Due Diligence and PMI phases. Involved in the building of business cases as well as establising of the required operational capabilities in connection to large Capital portfolio acquisitions. Working in close cooperation with the country organizations and the various Group functions.Current responsibility focus is to develope our business intelligence and data warehouse instances in europe.

Mainly working in projects developing our production systems Nova. Improving business processes aswell as improving performance. Using tools like Microsoft SQL and Object basic. Supporting our sales & marketing team with description of our business processes and with technical questions. Working with clients wishes and demands on development.

Managed our processes and data base for our production system Nova. The tools I used in my daily work is Microsoft SQL, Object basic coding in Nova, building processes and action trees aswell as designing letters.

One of the main areas is communication with authorities, clients and debtors.
