Våren 2003 hade vi den 4:e högsta matkvaliteten bland samtliga Hilton i Europa). Stabiliserade och förbättrade råvarukostnaden från 33 % till 29 % genom att förändra inköpsstrategier, lager och genomgående kalkylering av menyer och priser. Under mitt sista år i företaget satt jag även som Food and Beverage Coordinator för region Stockholm och arbetade med Food and Beverage chefen för Sverige.
