I am an open person who constantly seeks new challenges and have long experience of manage and develop organizations.I have many years of experience working as a line manager / project manager in an environment with constant changes and where data management is very important. The last couple of years have I worked as line manager / program manager and reported directly to our VP of Business Systems and being part of his global management team. As Vertiv is a global company do I have large experience of working a multi-cultural environment and manage both line manager and project managers. I also have long experience in hiring and develop employees from a global perspective.Apart from above have I also been a member of Sveriges Ingenjörers board (Förbund Styrelsen) for 6 years on top of that have I also been a member of the board of Ericsson Components AB as an employee representative for some years. I have also participated in creating two different EWC (European Work Council) and been the chairperson for both. The Emerson EWC had around 25 000 employees and Vertiv has 5 000 employees in Europe. On top of that have I also been the local chairperson for CF / Sveriges Ingenjörer for roughly 20 years and participated in many union negotiations.I am married to Monica and we are living in a condominium house (bostadsrätt) in Södermalm were I am also the chairperson. BRF Anghasten contains of 5 different houses and one large garage and some facilities for external companies.
