Monitor Dutch Military missions world wide and retain situational awareness in case of incidents.

Responsibilities: Liaise with Police, Fire Department, Civil Medical Services, Municipalities and other civil services regarding Civil Preparedness. Liaise and assist civil crisis management team in response phase and evaluation phase within the Veiligheidsregio (Security region) in the province of Utrecht. Train and prepare military reserve officers to set up and sustain military crisis coordination center.

Responsibilities: implementation andcoordination of (collective) recognition of prior learning courses for Ministry ofDefence together with civilian vocational education centres, portfolio trainer forgroups, subproject and workshop leader in association with branchorganisations and schools of European Social Fund project: ‘Reccy of MilitaryCompetences’. Aim of this project was to recognise military competences in acivil context.

With a team of 12 recruiters visit schools and places of interest and events to inform potentials and their influentials about Job opportunities within the Dutch Army.
