In my role as Key Account Manager I am responsible for the relation with several of our key clients. The overall goal for Mira Network is successful clients and in my daily work I help my clients reach that goal. Among my responsibilities are negotiating and re-negotiating contracts, monitor and stimulating client expectations and satisfaction, ensure they are succesfully using products they have bought and together with them plan ahead how incentivize growt along with us. I am also head of Miras' strategic sales and marketing efforts.

Mira Network delivers CRM systems specially designed for external relations for higher education and commercial education institutions. We provide support for alumni relations, fundraising management, career services, student mobility, contract education, as well as other areas within external relations.As project manager I am working to deliver services and development projects to clients. In my projects I am responsible for the whole project chain from project management and budgeting to follow-ups, testing and communication with project stakeholders. I am also responsible for workshops and educational sessions during and after the project implementation phase. Within my projects I am also looking to identify additional needs and ideas that the client might have in order to create future sale opportunities.In addition I am also working as product owner. In this role I have an ongoing dialogue with the clients in order to identify new development needs or ideas, translate these into a solutions and then working together with both clients and our development team to either design and develop new products or improve on already existing solutions.

Together with a colleague I built up the alumni network at Malmö University from scratch. We started working with one faculty as a pilot and then continued to build a university wide alumni network. In my role as an Alumni Coordinator I was focusing on building a strong community for Malmö University alumni and increasing alumni engagement. I arranged homecoming events, career building and network meet-ups, alumni spotlights and was editor for our online alumni magazine. I kept track of the alumni through our alumni database and worked with queries and segmented marketing to match alumni with relevant activities and events. During the last two years as alumni coordinator I was also responsible for managing the university alumni budget

In my role as Information Officer I worked mainly with external and web communication for the faculty of International Migration and Ethnical Relations.
