Today I´m a fulltime investor. I´m a partowner of Rodics Innovation (a member of the board and also involved in some operator tasks), Switchr, Starbright Invest Fund. I have also some assingments regarding investments in the stockmarket.In my younger years I worked in the manufacturing industry for a couple of years and with a startup company. I got in touch with the founder of Axxos and he offered me for a position at Axxos. A few years later I was also a partowner. I have worked mainly with sales and marketing at Axxos, a B2B company against medium and large manufacturing companies. I was a member of Axxos Board 2007 to 2016. Axxos was awarded as a “DI Gasell Company” 2016, we then had about 300 customers in 20 countries. In 2016 Axxos was acquired by API Pro (owned by Capidea) and renamed to Optiware. 2019 Optiware was acquired by Aptean from the US owned by Vista Foundation and Vista Associates and I made an exit as partowner. I have done a board academy education. As a person I am excessive, questionable, careful, responsible and targeted. Trying to be humble and responsive, and I have the attitude that everything can always be improved, both myself and the processes I work in. In my past I have had too small dreams and too low goals, dreaming big is important! The foundation for a successful company I think is customer benefit and customer satisfaction, it is very important for successful long-term enterprise.
