Joined Elin and Karl in their start-up 2014 as CFO and partner. After a couple of years as a consultant in the fashion industry I had the opportunity to start with a clean sheet in a new business, make it right from the beginning and prepare a solid financial plan. We had well defined goals from the start with the most prominent target being setting up TOTEME as a company made for the future fashion industry. The financial goals were to double turnover each year, reach a gross profit margin over 65% and within 5 years over a 25% profit margin. We had a very elaborate cash-flow strategy to build the company without external capital which we also did. We doubled the turnover the first 7 years and year 7 we had a gross profit margin at 67% and a profit margin at 27% without any long term liabilities. In May 2021 we sold a minority to Altor and I stepped down from my operative role and continued to work with TOTEME as a board member.

Founded the company and started the franchise concept Woolrich Store. Opened the first Woolrich Store in Sturegallerian, Stockholm 2009, the web shop www.woolrichstore.se in 2010 and a third Woolrich Store in Gothenburg 2012. Sold the business May 2014.Invested 2010 in Carin Wester and worked as CFO/COO 2010-2012. Sold the business 2014.

Performed audits for listed and unlisted companies such as TMG International AB, Atos Origin, VM Data, One Media Group, and Ipsos, responsible for about 100 clients. - Worked as an audit team leader in 75 percent of my assignments. Normally with 1-2 audit assistants. - Worked with companies using IFRS and Swedish GAAP. -Prepared financial statements and cash flow statements for a wide variety of entities, including publicly-traded and privately-held companies. -Performed consolidated accounts and consolidated financial statements for at least 20 clients, education 40 hours. - Also performed valuation and due diligence work in Cooperation with Grant Thornton Corporate Finance. - Education in accounting, audit and taxes for about 250 hours

Founded and run the company for 3 years. Prestige Rib Charter operated in the event and experience based business primarily carrying people around in the archipelago outside Stockholm with fast rib boats. The fleet consisted of 3 rib boats and had 5 employees during high season.
