1st half year internal at DA drugstores. Re-organizing the packaging workflow and hands-on managing the packaging process.Writing of packaging briefs, briefing at design agency, managing design expectations, execution support, printing support and timing.Internal at the C1000 organization in Amersfoort. Supporting PL experts in briefs to design agencies, timing, consultation with suppliers, purchasers and category managers, printers, design agencies and pre-press agencies (execution phase).Process control and supervision of the C1000 PL team (account responsible)Managing 7 FTE's including internal people at C1000, execution at PPM Amsterdam monitoring the implementation at the design agencies, the pre-press agency and the printers. Last six months, next to the C1000 account responsible for new business development.
