Bonjour, HelloSuite à une reconversion professionnelle, je suis devenu technicien supérieur en fabrication additive en obtenant un titre professionnel par le biais d'une formation L'Afpa en association avec l'ADDLAB de DÉCATHLON. Travailler en fabrication additive (impression 3D) est à mon sens un moyen d'utiliser toute ma créativité, de me dépasser, me challenger, de concrétiser des projets qui satisferont pleinement des besoins exprimés, et ainsi monter en compétences dans une technologie innovante et en constante évolution et qui tend à réduire de plus en plus l'impact environnemental que cause les systèmes de fabrication traditionnelle. Cela va de la conception en utilisant des logiciels de CAO, à l'utilisation des divers procédés d'impression 3D en travaillant sur des machines performantes de technologie différentes permettant d'utiliser de plus en plus de matériaux imprimable tels que les polymères, métaux et autres. Mais cela passe également par la réflexion de solution, la réalisation d'essai et de contrôle qualité tout en passant par de l'entretien et la maintenance des machines sans oublier les compétences transverses liées à la fabrication additive.Following a career change, I became a senior technician in additive manufacturing by obtaining a professional qualification through a training course offered by L'Afpa in association with DÉCATHLON's ADDLAB. Working in additive manufacturing (3D printing) is in my opinion a way to use all my creativity, to surpass and challenge myself, to concretize projects that will fully satisfy the needs expressed, and thus to increase my skills in an innovative and constantly evolving technology that tends to reduce more and more the environmental impact caused by traditional manufacturing systems. This goes from design using CAD software, to the use of various 3D printing processes by working on high-performance machines of different technology allowing to use more and more printable materials such as polymers, metals and others. But this also involves thinking about solutions, carrying out tests and quality control, as well as machine maintenance and upkeep, not forgetting the cross-disciplinary skills related to additive manufacturing.
