In my role as Area CRM Responsible I was in charge of monitoring the SAP CRM system for the Nordic countries. This included training all involved sales staff (approx 50 people spread across the four countries) , monitoring the data input and assisting with any questions regarding the system.The system is global and I was sole responsible for my area. All communication in the system was in English.I also handled airfreight quotations and ad hoc shipments to and from Sweden. My role was in the sales part of the quotes and I had constant communication with the operational side.I was highly appreciated for my service-mindedness, positive attitude and responsible approach to the tasks set for me, both by my colleagues and managers in the Nordic countries. During my term as CRM manager a new version of the system was rolled out and I traveled to the different Nordic countries training employees in the new system, for which I received high marks both from the local managers and from Corporate HQ located in Basel, Switzerland.
