Attorney-at-law with broad experience within IP (both contentious and non-contentious) and a background in corporate law/M&A. Extensive experience with commercial litigation/enforcement of IP (court proceedings, arbitration, search and seizure proceedings, interim injunction proceedings etc., including complex cross border disputes involving several jurisdictions) and all aspects related to commercialization of IP (obtaining adequate protection, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating agreements, including NDA's, license agreements, transfer agreements, collaboration and research agreements etc. as well as drafting of procedures and corporate documents). In addition I have experience related to data protection as well as IT and outsourcing.
