Consulted on part of Netlight within UX and UI design. Netlight is a genuine consulting firm. On behalf of AFRY (former ÅF) I consulted on a project with Innovationsplattformen at VGR and Sahlgrenska University Hospital that involved development of bedside tablets for hospitalized patients. The project aimed at integrating bedside tablets into daily practice and exploring how to support a patient-centered experience where integrations of relevant services would be included in a chatbot-based graphical user interface.

Worked as a consultant within UI/UX design and app development. The job consisted of delivering different digital products and services to clients, primarily done within app and web development for both backend and frontend. Worked in a cross-functional role being responsible for user experience, user interface, software development and project management. The work involved continuous usage of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Figma, while development of apps and sites were primarily done in either javascript libraries and frameworks such as Ionic and Angular, or CMS platforms such as Wordpress.

Worked in sales and service at an Apple Premium Reseller. Primarily sold Apple products and a variety of specialized third party accessories and gadgets. The job involved working in sales, education and service for iOS and Mac OS towards B2C and B2B. Part-time job during weekends as well as summer job alongside my academical studies.

Worked in multiple roles within the management of IT and logistics. The job consisted of managing the logistics of warehouse operations as well as installation and maintenance of technical hardware and software. Involved in design, development and support of intranet and website. Primarily part-time and summer work alongside my academical studies.

Title: "How can data mining and machine learning support customer segmentation within e-commerce? A case study based on experiences of customer segmentation using data mining and machine learning within e-commerce." Semistructured interviews with management and document analysis. Proposition of models for segmentation criteria and application of machine learning and data mining onto customer segmentation.

Worked at one of ICA Gruppen´s warehouses. Primarily summer job, but also part-time during the first year of my studies. The job involved driving a truck and orders from grocery stores for shipping.
