About Johan Luijks

Binnen IT-Workz ben ik als Service Manager verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de ICT-dienstverlening naar onze klanten in de onderwijssector. Hierbij is het opbouwen en onderhouden van een uitstekende vertrouwensrelatie, accountable en responsible zijn, verantwoording nemen, en het uitbouwen van de relatie een van de voornaamste taken. Daarnaast is het meedenken met de klant en het begeleiden naar nieuwe of verdere oplossingen een voorname taak. SIAM, ITIL, Scrum en Agile acteren behoren hierbij als standaardmethodes om dit te bereiken.Als MSP zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor het uitleveren van een grote diversiteit aan producten en oplossingen, alsmede service binnen Cloud en On Premise omgevingen waarbij de dienstverlening dus een zeer voorname KPI is. Daarnaast is het leveren van SPoC diensten een belangrijke toevoeging. Met het verder uitbouwen van de relatie en deze dienst streven we naar het verder ontzorgen van het onderwijs.
