- Establish, motivate and maintain competant productive complement - Develop a viable method of construction in line with OM direction - Responsible for overall site programme - Procure materials, labour, plant and sub-contractors - Implement and monitor QA/QC plan - Implement and maintain cost control procedures wrt labour production and material waste - Obtain and maintain competant site records - Receive and communicate all contractual documents at site level - Responsible for monthly invoicing - Responsible to attend site inspetions (RFQ's) and compile quotations - Ensure site safety compliance and document compliance - Monitor and communicate to Foreman and Operations Manager daily programme progress - Monitor and communicate to Foreman and Operations Manager daily labour production
