• Project leader of various restructuring cases, mostly toward the Swedish retail sector (fashion retail), leading to debt restructurings, capital injections and debt for equity swaps.
• Steering the restructuring case within SEB where the main purpose is to minimise credit losses and generate as high recovery levels as possible for the bank.
• Daily tasks included participating in different credit and business committees, negotiate with both external stakeholders (customer and/or customer representative) and internal stakeholders.

• Worked alongside Project Leaders where I was involved in numerous transactions which included M&A financing, Bridge Loan financing and pure refinancing´s of RCFs and Term Loans.
• Worked towards SEB´s Large & Mid Corporate client base providing bilateral as well as syndicated Facility Arrangements.
• Daily tasks included participating in different credit and business committees, review commercial conditions (price & margins) and together with Legal review and structure the underlying Credit Facility based on LMA.

• Worked alongside Advisors where I was involved in numerous transactions. These included, among other things, different debt restructurings, capital injections and debt for equity swaps.
• Worked towards all client segments within the Bank (Large Corporate & Financial Institutions, Baltic Division and C&PC).
• Daily tasks included evaluating and monitoring short term cashflow forecasting, working capital management assessment, performing comparable companies’ analysis.

• Mainly included credit related matters (credit applications, monitoring exposures etc.) as well as managing documentation and collateral. Daily contact with product areas and sites where SEB is present to co-ordinate.

Stockholm & Luxembourg

• Trading and executing plain vanillas and hedge funds for different SEB clients. Dealing and managing different retrocession agreements towards different investments banks/hedge funds.
