- Digital Healthcare - Digital transformation - Project Management - SAAS - Follow Up - General management senior housing and healthcare facilities - Determine, analyze and monitor the KPI + their associated action plans.- Guidance, supervision, mentoring and support of team in their operations: field coaching, one on one coaching in business, sparring partner.- Responsible for setting up quality + determine and monitoring in line with the strategic goals + P&L- HR: workforce/staff optimization (workload, …) , recruitment and selection - Direct contact with government administration (“Vlaams Agentschap”, “COCOM", Local)- Presentations to governments, schools and large companies. - Responsible in the social profit policy.- Training en education on cycle meetings.- Project management: new sites projects (startup, License,..)- On field medical experience (physical therapy, cross disciplinary teams)
