This involved the conversion, translation, and mapping of data from various formats into systems to ensure high-quality output. Additionally, I worked closely with the IT and business teams to ensure efficient communication and cooperation. At Healthcare Retroactive Audit, I analyzed over 300,00 claims to identify underpaid accounts and duplicate patterns. Additionally, I had the privilege of collaborating directly with the Chief Executive Officer on contract analysis which resulted in an increase of at least 20% in SQL script performance, the detection of new patterns, and the automation of weekly reports.In addition, I demonstrated my management skills as the Manager of Campus Visits, which involved managing the logistics of numerous campus tours, as well as analyzing tour survey data to ensure that my team and I were able to provide each visitor an outstanding experience.Collaboration is the lifeblood of my work.
