FurChile Discord Community Server is a growing online community of more than a thousand members distributed throughout Chile. The community was founded on October 7, 2020 with the intention of bringing together fans of art, characters, video games, and literature linked to anthropomorphism, which is seen not only as an artistic and literary expression but also from a psychological point of view as a contemporary cultural expression.FurChile Discord Community Server also serves the function of tagging each member of said online community with their respective age range and region within the country in order to facilitate the optional meeting between members who want to meet in person.As the founder and chief administrator of said community, it is essential to delegate responsibilities, maintaining a reliable team of moderators and administrators, to together ensure that the safety and rules of said online community are respected.

- A crucial problem in student performance was identified to which a measurable and observable solution could be given.- Research was carried out to select the optimal set of methodologies to solve this problem considering the educational context.- Class planning and creation of pedagogical content equivalent to a curricular unit, including evaluations, was carried out for the 11th and 12th grades.- Two books from the English reading plan for the 11th and 12th grades were integrated and completed.- The selected methodologies, evaluations, and lesson plans created to provide a measurable solution to the problems observed during a semester were implemented.- The results were compiled, the students' performance was evaluated before and after applying our selected methodologies, and the professional thesis was built around the results obtained.

- Class planning and creation of pedagogical content for secondary education courses was carried out.- The “Big Tablet” software was used with complete naturalness in each of the classes taught in seventh, ninth, and tenth grades successfully.- The role of substitute teacher was carried out on multiple occasions, successfully implementing other people's lesson plans without any supervision, both in the classroom and outside the classroom.- English classes were taught successfully with or without technological-audiovisual support, in the classroom and/or in green areas of the establishment.

- The planning of multiple activities and pedagogical interventions was carried out, which were implemented in the context of hybrid classes (in-person-online) throughout the entire academic semester.- Worked in a co-teaching environment successfully.- The role of classroom assistant was fulfilled.

- The planning and implementation of multiple supervised English reinforcement classes was carried out in the context of online classes.
