As a senior consultant I have focused on further developing my qualitative toolkit within areas such as stakeholder management, sales and mentoring.As for technical progress I've had the opportunity to focus on helping the organization as a whole with specific projects in scalable solutions, complex environments and specializing in API-integrations. Achieved top billables within my business area for 2021.

After Exsitecs acquisition of MBI I continued in my role as Business Intelligence Consultant, while moving into budget and planning working with the product Planacy as a supplement to Qlik for BI.

As a consultant I've had a broad crash course to digitalization, I've worked in agile/smaller teams, as a solo consultant or part of a bigger picture. Flexibility and rapid adaptation has been key factors in ensuring client value and client satisfaction within short timeframes. Examples of project roles include developer (UI and/or backend), business analyst, project manager and instructor in user training among others. I've had the opportunity to work with everything from tech-unfamiliar workers, IT professionals to C-level executives or finance controllers. In the majority of projects I've had the responsibility of interacting directly with stakeholders and balancing client value, budget and scope during the projects.At MBI I've been utilizing mainly the Qlik platform to interact with a varied tech stack in both the private and public sector. I've had the chance to one moment engineer advanced data solutions in well developed architecture, and the next moment getting my hands dirty refining low quality data to servicable insights.A pattern to positive feedback received from clients has remarked on strength within innovation, flexibility and maintaining project momentum.In 2019 and 2020 I had top billables among mostly senior peers. In recognition I was awarded for top performance (2019) and employee of the year (2020).
