Spent the last nearly 15 years with Fraser Alexander as CFO, responsible for Finance, Information Technology, Enterprise Risk Management and Commercial Management.Before joining I was the Chief Operating Officer for ±3 years at RAD Investment Bank, a small black-owned bank that handled the delisting of Fraser Alexander and was appointed as a non-executive director of Fraser Alexander, as RAD owned ±55% of the company following the delisting.Prior to RAD I was the financial director of the Iscor Mining Division for 7 years, following the successful listing of Iscor in 1989 and advising Iscor to split its steel and mining divisions. My last 2 years at Iscor I spent as General Manager Corporate Finance for the Iscor group.Spent 8 years in corporate finance at Finansbank which later became Nedcor Investment Bank. Here I handled the privatisation and subsequent listing of Iscor, did rights issues for Sasol and W&A and various other corporate finance work.
