I impart SAFe Scrum Master / Advanced Scrum Master and SAFe DevOps certification courses in Costa Rica for Avantica Technologies.As BA Manager, in charge of operational execution for Business Analysis and User Experience resources at a corporate level, across different development centers, in close coordination and alignment with the Corporate Business Unit Manager and overall strategies.Lead Quality Assurance (Previous role)In charge of Quality assurance projects for important clients such as: PostX, Ingrian Networks, Intuit Inc. and Vertical Response, executing testing for desktop and web applications as well as web services.Accustomed to managing and leading QA teams and plan the testing activities and distribute the workload among the team members, following Agile development methodologies. Capable of performing functional, UI and Performance tests.Part of the QA coaching staff that trains current resources in order to improve their skills and knowledge in QA activities.
