I am passionate about adding value in the lives of people, organisations and the community/society I live in. I am motivated by finding solutions for complicated and complex problems through collaborating and partnering with a broad range of stakeholders to discover creative and innovative solutions to unlock value. My organisation development experience gained through exposure to multiple industries within South Africa, Africa and Europe, has enabled me to assist clients in architecting and navigating organisational transformation journeys aimed at optimising their organisations in a healthy way. I believe that people are the true value-unlockers within organisations and my role is to partner with leaders in developing their maturity to construct an effective and healthy organisation that is people-friendly and aimed at delivering maximum value to its clients. My consulting experience (10 years as internal consultant and 7 years running my own consultancy), coupled with my 6 years of senior management exposure (Chief Director: Organisation Development at the Western Cape Government) provides me with a deep understanding of the expectations and needs at the various organisational levels. My primary areas of interest relate to operating model design, organisation capability definition and development, organisational transformation, leadership maturation, culture strategies, employee value proposition development, organisation resilience, agility and optimisation strategies.
